The Process Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing daily process operations, supporting production efficiency, coach and mentor a team of process technicians to ensure consistent product quality, equipment performance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within their designated business unit. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts. Responsibilities: Lead a team of process technicians within their designated business unit Point of contact for production issues and escalations in a timely manner. Monitor handover logs and assign production tasks as required. Monitoring equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficiently Trouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process, perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed Quality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements Data collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysis EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS & regulatory standards Training & development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements & support onboarding/ cross training of new team members Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role Skills Required: Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles. Demonstrated ability to deliver to personal, team and site objectives. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis Aptitude for operational processes. Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean.
