Company Description manufacturing company Job Description International company, a leader in manufacturing injection molded or extruded plastic parts, needs a technician to keep the machines running, and to ensure high quality production and employee safety. The company provides a competitive hourly wage, and great benefits, including 401K Relocation assistance may be available for people with the right set of skills. The positions to be filled are from 3 pm to 11 pm, or from 11 pm to 7 am. You are expected to have worked in injection molding and/or extruded plastics before, and be familiar with typical machines, molds, and material problems, especially as they apply to making parts used in automotive applications. You will be responsible for: Managing response to all machine, thermolater, robot, and other problems Reporting to Production Supervisor about problems on the production floor Overseeing Die changes Ensuring machines are running smoothly Following all safety regulations and company policies Participating in continuous improvement activities to save money, improve quality. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Must have at least two or three years of experience as a technician in plastics injection molding. Must be in-depth knowledge about injection molding processes.
