Job Title: Process Technician Position Type: Salaried, Full-Time Job Location: St. Louis, MO Job Duties: Perform the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment; Perform mechanical set-up and regulations of mold sets; Conduct regular inspections on machines, equipment and facilities; Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment; Detect and replace worn-out parts and perform emergency repairs; Support the Technical Manager in improvement projects and decisions on machines, equipment, molds and processes; and supports technical staff to solve minor technical problems affecting the quality of the product and production process. Position requires 3 years of experience as a Process Technician, Machine Operator or related occupation in the rigid plastic manufacturing industry to include 3 years of experience with plastic product manufacturing equipment, including performing electromechanical installation and setup of equipment, inspecting and maintaining machines, fabricating mechanical and other parts to ensure product continuity, and plastic blow molding processing techniques including Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), Stretch Blow Molding (SBM), and Injection Molding (IM) production processes. Responsibilities

The Process Technician is responsible for the electromechanical installation, setup, and mechanical regulation of machines and molds, alongside conducting regular inspections and performing preventive and emergency maintenance on equipment. They also support the Technical Manager in improvement projects and assist technical staff with minor issues affecting product quality and production processes.
