Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Process Technician to run and monitor automated processes for one of our key customers. This position focuses on executing and maintaining system operations in a Windows/DOS prompt environment, ensuring that tasks run smoothly and accurately. If you’re reliable, process-driven, and comfortable working with computer systems, this is a great opportunity to build your technical skills while supporting critical customer operations. What You’ll Do Run and monitor customer processes through command-line (DOS prompt) interfaces. Follow documented workflows to ensure consistent and accurate process execution. Identify, log, and report any process errors or deviations. Maintain detailed records of completed runs and system status. Perform light Tier 1 troubleshooting when issues occur and escalate when necessary. Communicate clearly with both internal teams and customer contacts regarding process status and updates. Follow all company and customer security and compliance standards. Requirements What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of experience in a technical, IT, or operations environment. Comfort working in a command-line (DOS prompt or similar) interface. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to procedures. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing routine tasks. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, scripts, or batch processes. Familiarity with ticketing systems or logging tools. General IT troubleshooting experience or Tier 1 help desk exposure.
