Description

Assisting engineer to work on developing process technology for advanced semiconductor processes Responsible for performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on directions from the engineer Owner for the execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection and sharing of data with the engineer Interact with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to engineer Occasional over-time to support process engineering support activities ITE/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science) or related field. > 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D environment preferred. Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. Basic understanding of process control and data analysis. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to commit Monday - Friday rotating shift (9am - 6pm/ 4pm - 11pm).
