We are specifically targeting experienced Process Operators who bring skill, accuracy and a proactive mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment.

  • Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate our equipment
  • Strong understanding of critical control points and hygiene procedures
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail under pressure
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25kg safely and repeatedly
  • The confidence to troubleshoot, identify issues, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Process Technicians to join our Blending and Canning team. In this role, you’ll be working with advanced automated systems and processes to produce high-quality nutrition products for global markets. If you’ve worked in food or dairy manufacturing before and know what it takes to keep production lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently—we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dispensing ingredients, mixing, tipping, and batch preparation
  • In-process testing and quality control checks
  • Intrusive cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment and environment
  • Operate sophisticated automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
  • Perform product quality checks to minimise losses and boost line efficiency
  • Uphold high safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through IWS tools and processes
  • Identify equipment defects, support maintenance activities and contribute to autonomous maintenance practices
  • Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve production goals and drive operational excellence
    This is a full-time permanent role. Our shifts allow for plenty of flexibility and work life balance with 4 days off between shifts. Based on a rotational roster, you will be on the shift pattern below: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (12.5 hour shifts) You must be available to work all three shifts on the rotating roster.
