Du setzt neue Produkte verfahrenstechnisch um, inklusive Definition, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme des erforderlichen Anlagenzubehörs. Du implementierst geeignete Messmethoden zur Prozesskontrolle und zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse. Du konzipierst und führst fachspezifische Trainings für Mitarbeitende in der Produktion durch. Das bringst du mit: Du hast ein Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Industriemeister (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Süßwarentechnologie. Idealerweise bringst du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld mit. Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig – auch in lebhaften, dynamischen Situationen. Du arbeitest offen und lösungsorientiert – sowohl im eigenen Team als auch bereichsübergreifend. Dank deiner Hands‑on‑Mentalität bringst du dich aktiv in interdisziplinären Projektteams ein und findest zügig umsetzbare Lösungen. Du hast gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen in der statistischen Prozessbeurteilung. Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch, jeweils in Wort und Schrift. Responsibilities

You will supervise and optimize production processes for chocolate manufacturing, ensuring stable parameters and implementing new product procedures. Additionally, you will develop process control methods and conduct specialized training for production staff.
