We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technical Support to join our 24/7 Core support IT team. This role bridges the gap between basic troubleshooting and advanced technical support, handling technical tasks that don't require deep troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a foundation in IT principles, a customer-service orientation, and a desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
