Work Setup: Onsite (MOA Pasay) Required Educational Attainment: Finished 2 years of College Education (No back subjects) Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of stint in the BPO industry with at least 2 years as a Process Trainer in a Life Insurance or Healthcare Insurance LOB Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire training (nesting), refresher training, and process updates. Content Development: Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quizzes based on evolving processes. Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and report on training effectiveness (KPIs) to operations. Quality Assurance: Participate in calibrations and audits to ensure training aligns with quality standards. Mentorship: Guide employees through processes to ensure accuracy and reduce errors (e.g., in BPO or technical roles).

Responsibilities

The role involves conducting new-hire and refresher training while developing and maintaining training materials and SOPs. Additionally, the trainer monitors trainee performance and collaborates on quality audits to ensure alignment with standards.
