We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused candidate who is experienced in scoping and delivering the full lifecycle of the process transformation projects and the centre of excellence best practices. As a Process Transformation Consultant, you will help organisations create time, lower cost, and eliminate risk by providing expert advice and solutions to eliminate wasted time and effort by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI Agents, Agentic AI, and Automation. You will work on multiple client engagements and with different internal and external stakeholders. Developer experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: .NET, .NET Core, SQL, Python, SQL. Transformation experience in more than one of the following products is required: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Tungsten Invoice Agility The ideal candidate will have very strong people skills to support the ability to engage with clients on a technical and business level, analyse and gather requirements, and build strong relationships and farm for new opportunities. Responsibilities: · Consult directly with Client stakeholders · Provide process transformation advice based on scientific forensic analysis of the process transformation benefits and value and security. · Create Time by designing and developing solutions using AI, Automation platforms and developer tools in accordance with requirements for Private and Australian government entities. · Architect security-compliant and highly performant transformation solutions with attention to mitigate risk against threats and ensure security compliance (ISO 27001, data encryption and decryption, automation queues, AI security best practices) · Analyse requirements and provide process transformation advice. · Analyse, design, and document processes as per best practices. · Play an instrumental role in the functioning of an AI and Automation Center of Excellence AI and Automation. · Write and maintain program code to meet system requirements. · Enforce compliance with product and solution lifecycle governance models. · Provide 1st and 2nd level support at an enterprise ITEL standard. · Provide advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for process transformation, provide return on investment advice. · Review & QA more junior developer’s work prior to submission to a client. · Present & represent the company’s capability at client sites and events. Skills and Qualifications Required: · Strong people / client facing skills and experience. · Experience (4+ years) in development · Experience (4+ years) in Transformation and Automation technologies (AA, UiPath, Microsoft) · Experience (4+ years) experience in AI technologies (Microsoft, Python) · Experience with database development and design. · Demonstrate the ability to implement security governance throughout the solution · Experience in working with enterprise level support teams and meeting support process expectations · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · A degree in IT (Computer Science / Software Engineering). · RPA Certifications · Compliance with Australian Government security check requirements Mindset The candidate must demonstrate the following personality traits: · Positivity and energetic · Clarity · Problem solving · Strong people communication skills · High levels of initiative · Ownership · Innovative thinking · Willingness to learn and certify · Receive leadership direction and advice Desirable Experience · Digital Process Automation certifications. · AI certifications · Ability to develop client relationships as a trusted advisor. · Solution delivery within a team environment. · Experience in establishing and executing a Centre of Excellence strategy.
