Overview
Process Transformation Manager, Senior Associate
Are you energized by continuous improvement and passionate about creating solutions people actually want to use? Do you thrive in collaborative environments where data, curiosity, and design thinking meet? Are you the one who sees process problems and thinks, “There’s a better way and I can help build it”?
The Commercial Bank’s Process Transformation team is looking for a Senior Associate to help lead process improvement engagements that deliver measurable impact and lasting change. You’ll work alongside a team to guide business leaders through structured problem-solving for process challenges, with the goal of bringing clarity to how work happens today and helping design how it should happen tomorrow.
This role is a fit for someone who wants to do the work and shape the way work gets done—driving improvements that mitigate risk, create better experiences, and help build the bank of the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support process transformation efforts from initial scoping through implementation and handoff balancing structure with creativity to make meaningful, sustainable change.
  • Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to uncover inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and design smarter workflows.
  • Map current-state processes through documentation and deep stakeholder discovery and uncovering what’s really happening behind the scenes.
  • Design and facilitate workshops that align stakeholders, surface ideas, and co-create future-state processes.
  • Develop clear documentation and playbooks that enable teams to maintain changes long after the engagement ends.
  • Track key metrics and behavior change to evaluate the impact of solutions and identify additional opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders with clarity, structure, and insight.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or change management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engagements or improvement efforts.
  • 3+ years experience with JIRA, Draw IO, Lucidchart, or Gemin
