The Role Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products. We are seeking Process Workers for our Blow Flex team who take pride in producing quality work and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals. In this role, you will operate and monitor bottle quality and output and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Please note that the successful candidates must be available to work the following Shifts. Morning Shift: 5 AM to 1 PM (Monday to Friday) Afternoon Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday) Night Shift: 9 PM to 5 AM (Sunday to Thursday) Responsibilities Monitor production and quality, and speak up about any safety or environmental concerns Keep accurate records for quality checks, testing, and production Work together to minimise downtime and keep things running smoothly Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes Maintain the work area in a clean and tidy manner About you Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is a plus, but not essential Comfortable learning and using technology for production, safety, and reporting Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team and supporting others Basic computer skills Committed to teamwork and creating a safe, positive workplace Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
