About the role Join us at Chef Fresh as a Process Worker and play an important role in our production team. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you’ll be staging, decanting, and delivering raw materials, ensuring we provide fresh, high-quality meals to our customers across Australia. Shifts Currently Available Full-time hours: Mon - Fri 5am - 3pm About you and your skills Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected) You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks Bring your experience in cold processing (0°C – 4°C) and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc. Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol checks What’s in it for you?
