Responsibilities

THE ROLE: PROCESS WORKER - COMPOUNDING ASSISTANT

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Coorparoo Compounding Team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference and doing something that really matters- is a great team player, flexible, adaptable with a positive attitude.
Our site operational hours are from 07:00 am to 21:00 pm and there will be multiple shifts available in between those times. The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare’s compounded products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Picking and preparing raw materials
  • Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products
  • Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products.
  • Labelling and dispatching of prepared products.
  • Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
  • Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Other duties as required

The role is internally titled as a ‘Compounding Assistant’ and is subject to the following:

  • A pre -employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks.
  • Meet compliance and requirements for a mask fit test
