WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR PACKERS AND PROCESS WORKERS, BASED IN OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN BELROSE NSW 2085.

These are full-time roles from Monday to Friday. We have morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts on a permanent basis.
We are looking for Packers and Process Workers who are available to work from Monday to Friday, for 38 hours per week for at least 3 - 6 months.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• You are motivated, punctual, efficient and reliable.
• You have your own vehicle to access the job site.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Happy to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift up to 25kg
• You are a fast learner and can work independently.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• Safety is your #1 priority.

• Set up machine to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust the machine settings to ensure a smooth production
• Dispensing and weighing out raw materials
• Lift and dispose production waste up to 25kg
• Operate machines (training provided)
• Follow production schedules and techniques
• Sorting products during the production process
• Fill in process related paperwork
• Work as a team and meet KPIs
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Repetitive manual handling
• Adhering to WHS policies and procedures
