Job Description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team based at our Blacktown manufacturing site, to help us create top quality HVAC units. These are hands-on roles within our Assembly Lines. The positions are permanent full-time, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2.30pm, and Fridays from 6am to 12pm.

As a key member of our team reporting to the Supervisor, this hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including:

  • Cutting and installing insulation on panels, assembling panels into chassis sub-frames, and fitting components onto bases.
  • Fitting fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets.
  • Measuring, marking dimensions, and laying out materials.
  • Locating and repairing faults.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Following job sheets and engineering drawings.
  • Demonstrating and following safe work practices.
  • Assisting with other assembly functions on the line as needed.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver’s license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
