This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:30am to 5pm Florida time With 30min unpaid break Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our Processing department. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, order processing, and purchase order management while ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers over the phone to assist with inquiries and order-related concerns. Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Send purchase orders to suppliers and vendors. Manage and resolve order-related issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills and customer service experience. Ability to handle order processing and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in managing purchase orders and resolving order concerns. Experience in flooring or retail is a plus but not required. Having an external monitor is preferred.
