JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Processing & Follow-Up Officer to manage client follow-ups, track case progress, and ensure timely payment of second and third installments. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth processing of immigration applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration, customer service, or payment follow-ups
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Hindi, Tagalog, Punjabi,
  • Basic understanding of immigration services is a plus
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Regularly follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding pending payments (2nd/3rd installment)
  • Check and update each client’s case status and documentation progress
  • Coordinate with the processing and sales teams to keep client records up to date
  • Remind clients of upcoming steps, appointments, or missing documents
  • Maintain and update CRM/Excel sheets with payment and case status
  • Provide basic information to clients about their case progress (non-technical)
  • Escalate complex queries to senior processing officers
