Responsibilities 2nd shift Processing Associate; 3pm to 11pm, starting wage $22.72. Why look at Real Alloy? Build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently. What to expect: This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, after initial training period of 1 to 4 weeks the shift will be 3pm to 11pm.
