တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်သူသည်ဘဏ်ခွဲများမှပေးပို့လာသောချေးငွေဖိုင်များအား အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ တိကျသေချာခိုင်မာစွာ ပြီးစီးအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ၊ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု မူဘောင် တစ်ခုကို ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေးနှင့်ဖြန့်ဝေပေးနိုင်ရေးတို့အတွက်မဟာဗျူဟာများရေးဆွဲရာတွင်ဝိုင်းဝန်းကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးရန် နှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်သူသည် ချေးငွေလျောက်ထားသူများရှင်းလင်း ပြောကြားခြင်းများနှင့် Digital အသွင်ပြောင်းရာတွင် တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ရန် ဘဏ်၏နည်းဗျူဟာများနှင့် အစပျိုးမှုများကိုလည်း လုံခြုံစိတ်ချစွာ ပူးပေါင်းထောက်ပံ့ပေးရန် Job Description ဘဏ်ခွဲမှပေးအပ်လာသည့် ဆက်စပ်စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ ဘဏ္ဏာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက် များ၊ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အခလက်များကို မျက်မြင်စစ်ဆေး၍ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ (Security documents) မှန်ကန်မှု ရှိ/မရှိ၊ သက်တမ်းရှိ/မရှိ ၊ ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ လိုအပ်သော မူရင်းစာရွက်စာတမ်းများမျက်မြင်ကွင်းဆင်းစစ်ဆေးမှုများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းများအား Credit Risk, ဘဏ်ခွဲများနှင့်ပူးတွဲ၍ စစ်ဆေးမှု့များဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ ကွင်းဆင်းစစ်ဆေးမှု အစီရင်ခံစာတွင် Security Documents နှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးပြီး ဌာန၏ SOP များနှင့်ကိုက်ညီခြင်းရှိ၊မရှိ လိုအပ်ချက်များရှိ၊မရှိအား စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်သောအကူအညီများ အားပေးခြင်း။ Property များ၏ စာချုပ်စာတမ်းများကို ဘဏ်မှ ခန့်အပ်ထားသော ရှေ့နေ/ရာဖြတ်တို့ထံ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု ကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း၊ စာချုပ်စာတမ်းများတွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိသူအကြောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဘဏ်ခွဲများအား လိုအပ်ချက်များရှိမရှိကို စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း။ ဘဏ်ခွဲများမှ ချေးငွေဖိုင်များနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး မိမိတို့တာဝန်ယူထားသော ဘဏ်ခွဲများအား အိမ်ရာ ချေးငွေနှင့်ပတ်သက်သောလုပ်ငန်း အစဉ်ပြေစေရန်ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း၊ Customer များအခက်အခဲမရှိ စေရန်လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခြင်း။ ထူးခြားဖြစ်စဉ်ရှိပါက Reporting Manager ထံသို့အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ တင်ပြအစီရင်ခံခြင်း။ ဌာနမှ လိုအပ်ပါက သင့်တော်သလိုတာဝန်ပေးအပ်ပါက ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

The officer is responsible for accurately and timely processing loan files received from bank branches, and assisting in the development and distribution of a process management framework. This includes verifying the authenticity and completeness of related documents, financial data, and personal information for loan applicants.
