We are looking for a Processing Officer with experience in VFS (Visa Facilitation Services) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have prior experience with VFS.
• Must be fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Handle visa application processes through the VFS platform.
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide customer support and guidance on visa requirements and procedures.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and clients for application status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all visa applications.
