This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC. We currently have a 1 year fixed-term position for a Production Operator. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, covering day and afternoon shift rotation. You will be working 5 days per week including Sunday as a standard working day. Responsibilities Ensuring Safety & Quality standards in the area are maintained in accordance with Bega policies. Accurate batching and testing of white and flavoured milks to ensure specifications are achieved. Weighing and handling powders and liquid ingredients. Operation of processing equipment (pasteurisers, homogenisers) including highly automated systems and manual batching. CIP and cleaning of equipment; receival, storage, & use of incoming raw milk. About you Experience in the beverage or food manufacturing industry Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities

The Processing Operator is responsible for the accurate batching, testing, and processing of milk products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. They will operate processing equipment, handle ingredients, and perform cleaning procedures to ensure production specifications are met.
