Red Mountain Wholesale provides premium floral products to florists, event professionals, and retailers.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-savvy leader to supervise our receiving and processing departments.

• Supervise, train, and support a team of floral processors and receivers
• Oversee unloading, inspecting, labeling, and stocking of fresh floral shipments
• Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking, rotation, and product quality
• Create clear expectations and give real-time coaching and feedback
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce safety procedures
• Lead by example—this is a hands-on role
