Job Details The Role. Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Non-QM Processing Specialist to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Non-QM Processing Specialist at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll manage the loan pipeline, process loans within the expected time frame, and ensure quality loan file submissions that meet guidelines. The ideal candidate has experience as a loan processor in the mortgage industry with proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment. What you’ll be doing. Work in a team environment to ensure expectations and customer brand experience is met throughout the entire loan process Process high quality loan files on time and prepare for underwriting decisioning Order and review all third-party verification, AUS, appraisal, and title documentation, as well as required credit and underwriting documentation Work passionately with customers to track down documents for loan approval Accountable for production related SLA’s and mortgage deadlines.
