Processing Supervisor - 3rd Shift Work Specifications – Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and develop a team of processing operators to achieve performance, safety, and quality goals * Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and support employee development plans * Oversee daily processing operations to meet production schedules and efficiency targets * Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner * Ensure accurate documentation of production data, batch records, and operational reports * Enforce compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs * Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external inspections * Conduct safety observations, training, and incident investigations as needed * Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE * Work with Quality Assurance to address deviations, non-conformances, and ensure compliance in all areas * Other duties as assigned Education/Prerequisite Requirements: * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred * 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing or a similar production environment * Previous supervisory or leadership experience required * Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * To have attended and successfully completed Better Processing School Salary Range: $67,500 - $75,000 Steuben Foods is committed to equal employment opportunity.
