JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an entry-level worker who is eager and ready to learn. This position will be primarily in the processing department but must be willing to move between cultivation and processing duties as needed by management. This role provides on-site support to daily operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. They will be responsible for assisting with cultivation duties, harvest, post-harvest and plant processing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must posses a Colorado MED badge
  • Excellent time management
  • Work well independently and with others
  • Sit or stand for long periods of time
  • The ability to move safely in confined spaces
  • The ability to wear personal protective gear
  • Comfortable in bright/hot/humid conditions
  • Comfortable bending, reaching, repetitive use of grasping with hands
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist the post-harvest lead with bucking, trimming and packaging.
  • Assist with quality control, checks products throughout the post-harvest and reports all findings to the post-harvest lead.
  • Communicate with the managers to help create objectives to boost Post-Harvest productivity.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Maintain a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
  • Cleaning and sanitization of all work areas including but not limited to workstations, cultivation rooms, harvest rooms, drying rooms and storage areas.
  • Perform waste management for both ‘green waste’ and regular trash.
  • Reset workstations prior to closing each day to ensure all tools and materials are prepared for the next shift.
  • Follow all SOPs dictated by management.
