Responsibilities
Support the Process Management Team(s) in defining and improving the process and its key elements, based on operational feedback
Contribute to the Process Management Teams (PMT) by actively participating in the meetings and by secure KPI availability
Lead and coordinate process deployment in their Operational Area and different programs incl. all necessary activities
Collect and analyze Process Issues and Best Practices coming from process operators in the
Operational Area and if needed escalate them at PMT level for decision
Provide local inputs for Risk identification, Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation
Provide feedbacks and change requests to PMT to support continuous improvements
Leading of small projects
Support the creation of Process Support Documents for different Processes and manage the publication phase
