Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for a wide variety of duties primarily related to daily sales within the store. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Processing inbound purchase orders received by warehouse personnel Processing cash, check and credit card purchases for remittance to corporate office Compiling and submitting time and attendance records of store employees for manager approval and submission to corporate Post and process sales orders-assure that AFE or PO numbers are accurate Monitor ‘out of stock buyouts’ for correct pricing information and PO number Assure that customers sign for their purchases Assure that receipts for ‘out of stock buyouts’ are attached to sales order Answering phones if needed Requirements EHS REQUIREMENTS: Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s safety training requirements Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company insurance policy POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2 years of experience in MS Office and basic data entry software Navision software or ADP experience highly desirable WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position works inside a climate-controlled environment in a Bell Supply store. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
Responsibilities
