Description This associate will spend the majority of his/her day entering products into a database, sorting products according to policy, and accurately packaging products according to Return Goods Invoice. Primary Responsibilities: Create accurate inventory of customer product returns into computer system Sort products according to policy Verify item counts and product Information Pack products for storage and/or shipment Perform Quality functions Generate internal and customer paperwork Follow established procedures and SOPs Maintain clean and safe work area Additional tasks as necessary
