Key Responsibilities: As a Processor, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following: Receive shipments, inspect products for damage, and organize inventory in our backrooms according to safety standards. Process, sort and scan merchandise. Assist with regular inventory counts, updating stock levels, and maintaining an organized processing station. Inspect outgoing products for damage or defects and ensure all merchandise meets quality standards. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, the use of safety equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. Potential use of merchandise equipment such as box cutters, bin containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks. Manage trash and cardboard disposal. Ensure that the workspace and aisles are free from clutter and trash. Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations. Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day. Communicate with team leaders for department needs and process improvement. Take pride in accurately sorting and processing a variety of merchandise. Accurately identify condition, and value of goods. The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, climbing, bending, and lifting products up to 40 pounds, and staying active throughout your shift. Work in a fast-paced, retail store environment and adapt to changing priorities. Management may assign other tasks as needed. Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.
