Role and Responsibilities: * Gather information and take each file from application to closing * Input proper loan information into the company operating system * Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compiles with company policy and investor guidelines * Request, review and verify loan documents including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance * Prepare loan file for submittal to underwriting * Review file documentation to make sure all items needed are requested * Order and coordinate loan services * Pipeline management – Meet crucial deadlines, keep closing dates up to date, proactively ordering services, etc. * Perform any additional duties assigned by management * Ability to manage short closings/fast moving pipeline Qualifications and Education Requirements * 3+ years Mortgage Processing * Encompass Experience Required * Oral and Written Communication * Problem Solving/ Decision Making * Initiative * Analysis and Interpretation * Customer Service * Planning, Organization & Time Management * Teamwork * Adaptability * Interpersonal Effectiveness * Computer Skills Remote work will be considered.
