Description General Job Summary The Processor is the primary support to Originators. Duties include individual pipeline management with a focus on meeting sales goals, maintaining compliance requirements, thoroughly reviewing all materials provided to underwriting and maintaining expected processing turn times. Additionally, stay current on agency guidelines/requirements. Summary of Essential Job Functions Monitor individual pipeline and identify estimated monthly closing production. Timely review and submission of all file documents in the required format for underwriting review. Follow up on all necessary ordered services. Follow up with clients as necessary to obtain documents or answer processing related questions. Stay up to date on agency guidelines, internal underwriting/processing procedures and Company policies. Assist various departments in closing, post-closing or funding issues. Timely review and submission of all TRID Changed Circumstance requests to ensure re-disclosures requested are submitted in compliance. Stay up to date on all applicable compliance regulations. Other Job Functions All other duties as assigned by management Requirements Education, Training and Work Experience High School diploma or GED required At least 2 years Mortgage Processing experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Maintain & foster positive relationships with customers and business partners Complete all assigned training in a timely manner Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining high degree of accuracy Knowledge of mortgage business and mortgage documentation Ability to understand and stay current with mortgage guidelines and regulations Ability to follow instructions Knowledge of real estate market Ability to work under deadlines; work under pressure Working Environment Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor-allergens. Employee will work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
