What You'll Do Our Mortgage Loan Processors play a critical role in the loan approval process. These individuals exhibit a keen eye for detail and superior organization skills, utilizing these skills to assist our clients in getting the home they want. Responsibilities Provide every client the best service in the industry. Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the Mortgage Loan Originator Organize, compile, and verify loan application information. Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval. Meet critical deadlines. Requirements Robust experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Bond mortgage products Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment Encompass experience or equivalent + Microsoft product experience 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
