Award winning North Leeds law firm is looking for a Proclaim Developer with experience to join their Information Technology team. The firm is rapidly growing therefore this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to help develop and maintain the Proclaim database and App. This role creates an opportunity for the right person to grow and make the role their own.
Oakwood Solicitors Limited falls under the Oakwood Solicitors group which includes Oakwood Scotland Solicitors and MLS Law (Property) Limited trading as Oakwood Property Solicitors. The successful candidate will be employed by Oakwood Solicitors Limited, however, will be maintaining and developing the Proclaim system for all 3 companies in the group.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

• At least 12 months’ experience Proclaim development

• Creating new case types, database fields and
• Screen design and
• Workflow maintenance including creation of linked actions, forms, secure documents and master
• Understanding of the user profile parameters in particular calendar permissions and integration with Microsoft Exchange.
• Advanced Report training and experience of designing, amending and scheduling
• Creating main case handling manuals for use by new staff in
• Understanding of design and execution of SQL
• Task server configuration, scheduling and troubleshooting
