Description
Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting Deliver tactical support and program management Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports Identify potential road blocks, develop and execute resolution plans Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement Communication Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and MCT leadership team Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders Bachelor's Degree/master's in Engineering or equivalent work experience Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness
