Responsibilities:
The Proctor will assist Department of Physics & Astronomy Faculty Instructors and Instructional Support Staff with administering exams, including in person written tests and tests completed electronically as required. The incumbent will organize exam rooms, distribute exams, review student cards to confirm identification, and will oversee students as they complete their exams enforcing university policies and procedures related to examinations. Proctors will identify academic integrity concerns, documenting and escalating to the Instructor and/or Instructional Support Staff. Once exams are completed, the incumbent will collect and count each one to safeguard the exams, submitting them for marking. Proctors will be required to attend training in advance of exam dates/times.

Education:
