We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement & Administration Project Manager in Bendigo to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in driving effective procurement outcomes and strong administrative governance across our operations. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven services that underpin our essential infrastructure.   What You’ll Do  This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:   * Leading procurement and administrative project activities to support asset and operational requirements across the Health & Education portfolio.  * Managing procurement processes, documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with Downer policies and client obligations. * Partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve timely, cost‑effective and high‑quality outcomes.  * Supporting governance, audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and administration functions.  * Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture where planning, communication and shared success are valued.   What You’ll Bring  * Experience in procurement, administration or project management within asset‑intensive, facilities or operational environments.  * Strong organisational and coordination skills, with confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.  * A detail‑focused mindset with the ability to work across systems, processes and reporting requirements.  * A collaborative, approachable working style with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.  * A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and confidence to contribute ideas and improvements.   More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.   Why Downer?
