Adecco is currently hiring a Procurement Administrator for a 6-month contract with strong potential to turn into a permanent role. Responsibilities
  • Track purchase orders daily, ensuring delivery of goods, certifications, and manuals within promised timelines
  • Update, manage, and close out purchase orders for completed projects based on direction from Procurement Specialists
  • Liaise with internal customers and suppliers to resolve day-to-day delivery issues
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate procurement reporting information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Review invoices in Basware to confirm compliance with purchase orders and contracts
  • Offer general procurement support to the Procurement Specialists
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation
