YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Procurement admin experience (desirable)
· Experience of ordering, invoice processing, purchasing or similar
· Previous use of finance or purchase to pay system (desirable)
· A commitment to providing great customer service so good at communicating.
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes especially Excel
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Process requisitions to convert to orders and submitting orders for wards
· Processing invoices, coding and allocating and answer user queries
· Production and manipulation of reports
· Placing orders
· General administration duties
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
