About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi Join ACC as a Procurement Advisor and build your career while contributing to procurement outcomes that make a real difference for New Zealanders. In this permanent, Wellington-based role, you will support end‑to‑end sourcing and contract management activities, deliver audit‑ready procurement processes, and gain exposure to enterprise‑level programmes - working alongside experienced Procurement Partners. If you have a basic foundation in procurement, strong analytical and organisational skills, and are motivated to build your procurement expertise, this is a wonderful opportunity to develop your capability in a high‑performing, supportive team. The salary for this permanent Wellington-based role is NZD $77,502 – $90,000 (depending on experience) plus 9% superannuation. Key responsibilities: * Support the delivery of sourcing activities, including market engagement, evaluation coordination, and supplier selection. * Prepare and maintain high-quality, audit-ready procurement documentation. * Contribute to commercial analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and value drivers. * Support contract lifecycle activities, including onboarding, variations, and performance monitoring. * Manage procurement workflows, records, and inbox to ensure timely and accurate processing. * Build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. * Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.   About you | Mōu You will bring: * Experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial support (public sector advantageous). * An understanding of procurement principles (value for money, transparency, risk). * Strong organisational and analytical skills. * Ability to apply structured processes with diligence. * Confidence in communication with strong relationship skills. * A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a strong motivation to build procurement expertise. * You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.   Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand’s cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
