Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our North America and Europe team in Everett, WA.
Boeing Commercial Airplanes North America and Europe team is hiring! We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As a Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and dynamic environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
Our team is hiring a Mid-Level Procurement Agent.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required)
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Wor

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years managing supplier quality and delivery performance
  • 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work or military experienc
Responsibilities
  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98,250
