Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Experienced) to join our Supplier Management team in Everett or Seattle, WA.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship management, delivery performance, and open order management for one or more of Boeing’s key suppliers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) sourcing and supplier collaboration and contract management?
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience proposing and executing upon strategic decisions
  • Experience collaborating with executive and senior management
  • 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Responsibilities
  • Possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders to propose, define, and execute upon business strategies with one of Boeing’s key suppliers
  • Lead cross-functional engagements and drive supplier relationships, provide in-service requirements, and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
  • Coordinate supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of supply base plans to support customers, program, and commodity strategies
  • Analyze and monitor supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities
  • Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationships
  • Find resolutions of complex or strategic supply chain issues
  • Ensure external partners are meeting business expectations
  • Act as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs
