Join ABN Residential WA as a Procurement Analyst and contribute to strategic procurement decisions through analytical expertise. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to drive cost management strategies and support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain databases and apply analytical tools to support procurement planning and decision-making
• Conduct in-depth analysis of purchasing bids and make recommendations for new/existing agreements
• Supply chain reporting and vendor performance management
• Drive display home cost management initiatives and maximise cost saving opportunities
• Support Executive team with monthly reporting across VIC & WA Operations
• Maintain cost movement allowances, rate registers, and supplier agreement records
