This role is crucial in maintaining strong supplier relationships, managing key procurement data, and ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the supplier database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide buyers, third-party partners, and suppliers with essential monthly volume data and KPIs
Support the evaluation of supplier food and non-food baskets, assisting buyers in the selection process
Coordinate product sampling requirements with suppliers, chefs, and the buying team
Work closely with finance to ensure supplier agreements align with contract terms
Document supplier costs and generate reports for finance, food teams, and supply chain operations
Collaborate with inventory teams to prevent shortages of essential goods
Ensure supplier contracts meet agreed commercial and operational terms
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field
Excellent data management and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of supply chain operations and contract management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
