Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Associate) to join our Supply Chain Team in either Seattle, WA or Mesa, AZ.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3+ years of experience in tracking deliveries and shipments of goods from suppliers
• 3+ years of experience SAP or ERP equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required

• Measure key performance indicators
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports
• Review procurement/planning systems
• Review schedules, create plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
• Coordinate program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
• Document and participate in the implementation of lean improvements
• Communicate project objectives and activities
