As a Procurement Analyst, you will be supporting Global Procurement decisions by providing business and market intelligence, management and visualization of data and analytics, and tracking/reporting of metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or accounting/finance or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of business experience, with some experience in procurement, finance, analytics, market research or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, capabilities including advanced Excel skills, Power BI skills, Power Automate skills, and AI tools.
• IT systems knowledge including the advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP basic knowledge.
• Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices.
• Ability to present data, business cases and proposals logically.
• Able to tell a story using data.

• Typical internal analyses and tasks include spend analysis and forecasting, savings analysis, supplier information gathering and analysis, pricing and contract analytics, benchmarking, compliance to sourcing strategies
• External analyses include market, economic and other research data, inflation, productivity, currency, select indexes, and oil pricing
• Support Market Dynamics Reporting analyzing Supply and Pricing Trends Direct and Indirect categories
• Support key project to integrate Product BOMs and Market Cost Drivers for Material Forecasting for both short term and long term strategic planning processes
• Support for Business Analytics Managers with preparing insights for Business Facing Procurement, this will include: spend/savings analyses, payment terms analyses, materials forecasting analyses including purchase price variance (PPV), contracts analyses, consolidating other existing metrics (supplier quality, sustainability, etc.)
