Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company We are seeking a Level 2 Procurement Analyst to support the Supply Chain Strategy team in Commercial Supply Chain. This role is hands-on operations and information analyst who drives the Supply Chain Strategy team’s operating rhythm, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination. This role turns organizational goals and leadership priorities into clear, actionable plans and materials for senior managers and their teams. The analyst will partner closely with senior leaders, supply chain/category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable decision-making, ensure alignment, and track delivery of strategic initiatives. Candidate to have demonstrated experience organizing team operating cadences, preparing executive-level materials, managing executive actions, and running ad-hoc programs and culture-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities Team Operating Rhythm: Create and align meetings, cadences, and artifacts across the Supply Chain Strategy and category strategy teams. Intake and synthesize feedback from across the organization and iterate on operating practices. Ensure new meeting structures integrate with category team workflows and leadership needs. Distribute pre-reads and materials, align on agendas, allocate time per topic, and set clear expectations. Manage open questions, action items, and next steps; ensure proper follow-up and identify where additional support is required. Executive Actions and Leadership Alignment: Coordinate and track executive actions, briefing papers, and directives; manage thorough review and leadership approval processes. Oversee long-range event lookahead, and weekly calendar reviews. Facilitate alignment among senior managers, leadership teams, and working-level members using visual tracking and meeting coordination. Organize projects, tasks, and strategic initiatives so senior managers can operationalize them within working teams. Maintain visual project tracking and progress dashboards to support leadership conversations. Program and ad-hoc project management: Lead cross-functional integration for critical ad-hoc projects, providing daily status updates to leadership. Organize and manage monthly supply chain strategy updates and executive communications. Culture and engagement: Build and run programs to improve team morale and learning (e.g., Strategy Employee Engagement team), plan monthly events aligned with values. Coordinate major team events that drive collaboration and stability. Basic Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, strategy, or management information systems supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience designing and sustaining team operating rhythms, meeting cadences, and governance processes. Proven ability to manage executive calendars, priorities, and action tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into concise deliverables. Strong project coordination skills: tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up. Ability to work independently and to scale support across multiple senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience preparing executive-level materials, briefing papers, and supplier or stakeholder profiles. Background in supply chain, procurement, or strategy function Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Management, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
