US Signal also helps customers optimize their IT resources through the provision of managed services and professional services. We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team! This role will work onsite at our Byron Center, MI data center. This Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process, ensuring timely approvals, policy compliance, and high-quality data across the procurement workflow. Serves as the central point of coordination between requestors, approvers, suppliers, and Finance/AP, while also providing analytics and insights that improve purchasing efficiency and accuracy. Responsible for supporting the purchasing process for all departments. Oversee all purchases related to products and services, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support operational needs and strategic initiatives. The Procurement Analyst also supports warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and physical inventory management. Functions/Responsibilities: Execute and manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor coordination, accurate recordkeeping, PO processing, and technology purchasing workflows such as asset management, quote collection, ERF generation, and tracking. Develop and leverage procurement reports, metrics, and analytics to support executive decision-making, drive strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, perform annual evaluations, reduce supply chain risk, oversee equipment inventory, audits, and compliance with procurement best practices. Partner with Finance on project closures, equipment disposition, payment forecasting, and month-end reporting, ensuring alignment across procurement and financial operations. Support warehouse and logistics operations, including shipping/receiving, verifying deliveries, processing receipts, performing physical inventory tasks, stocking, cycle counts, and assisting with special projects as needed. Requirements What you bring to the team: Advanced Excel proficiency with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI; solid understanding of IT concepts and purchase requisition processes. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for working effectively with requestors, approvers, suppliers, and leadership. High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage high volumes of POs and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
