We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to manage technology initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and coordinate IT procurement activities. This role requires strong organizational skills and technical knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and optimal vendor partnerships.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF IT SYSTEMS

  • Understand enterprise IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud platforms
  • Coordinate technical implementations and system integrations
  • Collaborate with IT teams to assess technical requirements and compatibility
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Assist in technical documentation and knowledge transfer activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or vendor management
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and procurement processes
  • Proven experience in cost management and budget control
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and cloud technologies
  • Experience with financial analysis and budget forecasting tools
