Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for supporting the purchasing process by creating managing transactional renewals, verifying pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with supplier management under the guidance of senior procurement professionals.
  • Support the procurement team in issuing requests for proposals and information including contracts and NDA’s.
  • Prepare, coordinate and perform tenders with guidance and supervision from Senior Procurement manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all delegated procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.
  • Support in development and implementation of the relevant Corporate Procurement sub-category strategies including facilities, and HR.
